| Introduction | I'm Greek by birth and Australian by education. I was for many years a visual artist and a painter but always have had an interest in food so I decided I needed a new career and began to write about food. This did not come about overnight as apart for the love of cooking I also have a deep interest in the history of Greek food and the way it evolved and developed over the centuries. Greek food is what I know best, I grew up with it, while living in Greece for many years I researched it widely and am still doing so and keep discovering amazing products, recipes and culinary culture that never seizes to surprise and amaze. So let me take you along on my adventure. The wonders of Greek food culture, it's history, how to cook it and most of all how to eat it. |
