From the above stats it looks like I am Mr Average but I hope I am a tad a different from the masses. With this in mind, Becs and I are traveling the world to, as my godson said, to "have a look around". Bless. This blog is designed as a Lord of the Rings inspired take on our journey, there and back again. Mainly because I am a self confessed geek but also we are going to New Zealand, the land of Peter Jackson, but also because we are in NZ when the third Hobbit film gets released. I might have to buy some pointy ears and fury feet somewhere for that one. Anyway I hope you enjoy reading this blog but, without being selfish I am writing this blog for me, as I would like to have a commentary of the trip for the, near approaching, time when I am sitting in a care home messing my knickers... |
