| Introduction | First thing to know is that I am a very passionate person about the issues I really care about. I'm a recent college graduate and take my intellectual pursuits very seriously as I do nutrition and physical activity. I started competing in triathlons in 2011, I played a lot of sports in high school and kept an active lifestyle throughout college by road biking, spinning at a gym, running, weight training, skiing, and generally trying to stay as active as possible by hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing or just taking advantage of what activities I can do with what is around me. I love to travel as well and after lots of international travel I decided to explore more of what the United States had to offer and moved from the northeast down to Asheville, NC after graduating from university. Now I consider myself a plant-based (vegan) triathlete hoping to inspire the people around me to live more active and healthy lives! |
