| Introduction | Culinarily I am an omnivore who is working hard to eat less animal products and cook delicious healthy (more and more vegan!) food that all people will enjoy, regardless of diet. I would love to meet and talk to anyone interested in food and/or eating healthy. Professionally I am a postdoc working in microbiology and immunology. I'm currently developing a research project and teaching strategy that will lead me to a professorship gig down the road (my ultimate career goal).
