About me

Introduction	We have created this blog for each other, and others if you can relate or understand the intimate thoughts we share in pen with each other. Both of us started writing poetry when we were very young and started writing each other notes when I (Cara) was 13, and Nelson was 14. We began writing poetry for each other soon thereafter, both of us, with distance apart, being able to better articulate our feelings and emotions on paper than in conversation. We still talked plenty on the phone, and were best friends, knowing each other for 5 years, before we were cut off from each other. During the 14 years without communication, we still wrote poems and lyrics (Nelson journaled) having to do with each other. We recently found each other again...both divorced, and caught up with each other to find that our love for each other has never died, it was just put on hold. In fact, we have found that we are better, more mature, and can love each other deeper than before. We still love writing and we inspire each other. This blog is for us to write those things, past and present, and maybe share some other fun things, like pictures of us, too! Hope you enjoy! :)
