| Introduction | I am the Managing Director of OPTIMUM NFP and the Senior Consultant & Head of Relationship Management and Program Delivery for Australia at the UK-based Action Learning international. Core business services of OPTIMUM NFP include: Change Management, Risk Management, Strategic Planning, Governance, as well as Leader and Manager development. I am also on Faculty, at the Sydney City Business School where I lecture in the postgraduate unit of Leadership & Ethical Behaviour I also deliver public Masterclass workshops on Change Management in the Nonprofit Sector. I have a PhD from Macquarie University following my research thesis entitled "The Enduring Challenge of Change Management - New Perspectives from Nonprofit Healthcare Practice". I continue my research interests through researching change management specifically within the nonprofit disability service sector resulting directly from the introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme. I am also an Adjunct Fellow at Macquarie University, where I am involved with the Centre for Workforce Futures. |
