| Introduction | I am Subramanyam, a researcher by training and a cook by hobby. I went to school to become a medical doctor, but life had it different. I had to shift gears and become a biotechnologist. The higher the academic degree I pursued, the shallower and confused I was with life and its work, for science is and will be incomplete. May be that is one of the reasons why a PhD, even in fundamental sciences is still a doctor of philosophy!! Cooking is my fav past time and I try various recipes in my signature style aka nightmares to my wife cleaning up. I use this blog to reflect MY thoughts on issues relating to anything and/or everything happening under the sun that interests me on that particular time of the day..
