| Introduction | I hold a Master's in Biology and am a cradle Catholic, but am trying to recover from that. I am an only child of conservative Ohio parents who would never have understood gender issues. I recently remarried and my wife is totally supportive of me in every significant way and she is my life and my light. The closet? I am somewhat out in that I dress and easily walk in Target and malls. However, there is almost nobody who knows both my personas. I feel very much "at ease" now with my gender and with the dressing, but I do not expect the rest of the world to feel the same way. |
