| Introduction | From Nov 2014 to Oct 2017 I relocated to the Dominican Republic to help oversee construction of a new Clinic that will replace an existing facility that has been operating for 25 years. I hoped for the project to be completed in 2 to 3 years, however it is not yet complete as of mid-2018. The current clinic is staffed and operated by the Dominicans, however it is in a flood plain and a larger facility will allow them to offer more care to the poorest of the poor. |
