Introduction I am still the very proud mother of my three beautiful babies - Dina now 18 don't I know it, Du now 17 again he's a teenager, whats to say and Kye even more crazy at 7. I am still the wife of the most patient man in the world. Patient, is not a most would associate with Con, but I know exactly how much he has to put up with from me. Most importantly he makes me laugh. Oops, nearly forgot to mention that I have a shop - The Craft Mills. Where I now feed my daily craft addictions in bulk. No longer do I have one sheet of 12x12, I have hundreds. Not one button for me, thousands and as for wool stash - we best not go there. The worst thing about having all of these beautiful things is that I have to sell them, which is ok as long as they go to good homes. I should also add that I have one very mad black labrador called Rizla, who is the source of many a chaotic interlude. We also have her daughter Dope who walks funny on account of being runover by Coni in the van (by accident) and subsequently patched up by the vet. We also have Roach who is a beautiful looking Norwegien Elkhound but has absolutely no brain. We also own a King snake called Fluffy.
Interests Are you joking? Here goes........ Cardmaking, scrapbooking, knitting, stained glass, anything and everything craft, shopping, listening to music, seeing live music, eating, etc, etc.
Favorite Movies So Many.... I have to be honest and say I love The Lord of the Rings trilogy, James Bond, Star Wars, The Thomas Crown Affair (the new one), just because it so very sexy, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, The Wizard of Oz and Oliver because they make me think of being a kid, the old Hammer House of Horror movies that use to be on late at night......
Favorite Music This could be worse..... At the moment I have Dinas Biffy Cyro cd in the car, Bell X1, Thin Lizzys Greatest Hits, Amy Winehouse, Kool & the Gang, Marvin Gaye, Babara Streisand and a couple of compilations one of which has ELO, Steelers Wheel and Christopher Cross on it - need I say more. I have an unhealthy obsession (another one, surley not) for live music and have been very fortunate to have seen loads, my first being Pink Floyd at Wembley Stadium in 1998 - wow.
Favorite Books Loads, I love reading, but really don't have the time. At the moment I'm reading a book written by a friend - The Heart of the Caveat Whale. It's a great fantasy book for young and old and the last book I read was Wintersmith by Terry Pratchett, who in my opinion can do no wrong. So....... Anything and everything Terry Pratchett, The Lord of the rings, Midnights Children, Captain Corellis Mandolin, The English Patient, Phillip Pullman's His dark Materials, loads by Tom Sharpe and Gerald Durrell- Rosie is my Relative is great. I also love cookbooks and can drool for hours over the mouthwatering receipes by Nigella Lawson.
