| Introduction | I am a biologist who is interested in genomics, epigenetics, population genetics, Molecular evolution, and bioinformatics. I use NGS (Next-generation sequencing) technologies including long-read sequencer like MinION or PacBio. I am also interested in cutting-edge technologies and analysis methods such as single cell analysis, spatial transcriptomics, etc. I mainly use Python, R, and shell script for my research. The computer environment for my research is Linux and macOS. I also use WSL in windows OS. Recently I use Jupyter for programming. Also I like Atom and RStudio. I started this blog since 2019 as my memo and research log. Ph.D. |
