Introduction	It was after moving out of home that cooking became a day to day affair. Thankfully I was born into a family that appreciates food and had managed imbibe in me a sense of cooking. But when it was just me doing the cooking and eating, I started stumbling. I had never memorized any of the recipes :( ... the teaspoons and tablespoons and the minutes never got into me... So all my cooking experiments banked mostly on one single factor... the aroma that came from nostalgia... I recollect the aroma to balance the ingredients and time my cooking... This blog is an attempt to capture and share some of those in terms of spoons, minutes etc...
