| Introduction | I'm really not good at these about me sections, I guess I need to brush up on my narcissistic skills. Well, I'm a CUNY student at York College majoring in journalism however, my dream job would be a publicist. I'm a pop culture junkie, I know a lot about celebrities that the average person doesn't care about I guess that's where my desire to be a publicist stems from. I'm fascinated by people who have such strong raw talent; growing up I didn't play any sport, I couldn't draw or I didn't do dance so i figured that I didn't have any talents. Then I learned that writing was MY talent. To me musicians, actors, artists, dancers and writers give such good passionate art and I would love to represent someone one day and help them show off their art. That's kind of the purpose of this blog; I want to showcase the talent in the NYC streets and subways . Give someone a place to show that their art is appreciated. I started this blog back in my freshman year at SUNY Farmingdale for an English class and I decided to continue on it with this new work that I'm doing. |
