| Introduction | We are Dave and Joy Riggs and live near Indianapolis, Indiana. We have two wonderful children, ages 7 and 9. God has called us to adopt a child (or two!) from Ethiopia and we are currently waiting to be matched with a referral. It's been a long journey, but we know it'll be well worth the wait! |
