| Introduction | Prior to becoming a coach, I worked in Human Resources for over ten years. During this time, I worked with people in a variety of professions. IT and Engineering were always my favorites. The best part of Human Resources was the coaching that I got to do with managers and individuals. I loved helping managers to become better managers and helping technical people to figure out what they needed to do to grow in their positions and move up. Coaching has been a natural gift for me, but I decided to take coaching classes to learn more. In 2007, I started New Outlook Coaching so I could help more people to enjoy their careers. |
| Interests | The focus of my business is working with IT and engineering professionals. I love to help tekkies improve their people skills so their brilliant work can be seen and experienced by others. I love helping technical managers learn to be great coaches and mentors and to become great people managers. |
