| Introduction | I am a divorced mother of two young boys (4 and 8). I am have recently returned to the workforce as a home health Registered Nurse. I juggle my full-time job, my boys, endurance training, managing Frisco Triathlon Club , while trying to live with and beat a chronic illness (Crohn's Disease). I am determined not to let this disease define me. Instead, may it add character to my life, and allow me to inspire others to reach their goals and dreams. I am a triathlete and an Ironman (IMSG-Utah, May 2010, IMTX, May 2011 and May 2012) I am blogging to share my experiences as an athlete with a chronic illness. |
