Introduction	An avid foodie living in the granite city where the white clouds in the sky mix with the black oil in the ground to leave one with a very gray culinary scene. Aberdeen is a mine and good restaurants are hard to come by. My goal, other than leaving with a degree, is to find these gems and reveal their luster hoping that they remain untarnished by the corporate love of all things fast, cheap, and unhealthy. Don't get me wrong, when I binge I am the embodiment of gluttony itself and am not there to advocate anything but decadence in excess. However, I've come to learn from countless trials that decadence is one thing you wont find beneath the ever-alluding golden arches.
