Introduction	My love for traditional Mangalorean and other world foods sees me constantly sampling and trying different food and recipes. I often look forward to discovering new tastes at the same time reminiscing the tastes and flavours of mom's tasty mangalorean food. From my teen years, the kitchen has always been my favourite place in the house, Ive watched my mum cook up the most delectable traditional fish, chicken and pork curries, her sannas (steamed rice cakes) , sorpotel and pork baffat are the most sought after treats that many have complimented. My late maternal grandma was an awesome cook who also had her own small scale pickle industry in Mangalore. I have tried to collect all these treasured recipes and will share them with you in time. This blog is an expression of my love for cooking and is a diary of my multiculinary adventures. I hope you enjoy trying these recipes, as much as I enjoy sharing it with you.
