IntroductionI am a math teacher at Houston Christian High School. I am teaching AP Statistics, Algebra 2, and Finite Math/Statistics during the 2009-2010 school year. This is my second year as a private school teacher but I taught at a public high school for 14 years. My specialty is Statistics ... but I have taught Algebra, Algebra II, Precalculus, Geometry SAT Prep, etc. I have a B.S. in Math and an M.S. in Educational Psychology. I have a wonderful husband and a terrific son. I am so excited to see what God has in store for me, my students, and my family in this phase of our lives.

You're trapped in a well with a goat and a slinky. Describe how you will escape.

I would put the end of the slinky in the goat's mouth. The goat would try to eat the slinky ... but I would not let it. I would hurl the goat out of the well and hold on to the other end of the slinky. Because goats are so stubborn, the goat would clamp down on his end of the slinky. Thus the slinky would pull me out of the well.
