Introduction	I am in my 17th year of teaching High School Theatre. For 13 years I have been the Theatre Arts Department Head. I am also a U.I.L. Academic Coordiantor and a Small Learning Community Coordinator. I have been happily married for almost 10 years and have a 2 year old daughter whom I love dearly. She is one of the main reasons I decided to work on my masters in administration. I was ready for a change. My daughter was born and I made my decision to "go for it" immediately.
