| Introduction | I suppose the About Me should really say About Us. Chris and I have been quite the item now for 15 years and together we have three wonderful, and that is an understatement, children. We, as a family, have a-lot of love for all things JUNKIN’ related and want to share our projects, some personal some professional, with all our kin and friends. This endeavor is intended to help keep us connected, so let us know what you think and visit us often. |
| Interests | Time, we are interested in how to speed through the wasted and get straight to the best of! That way we can kick back at the beach, get to our fun weekend projects, slip out to a movie on a Sunday afternoon and grab a quick moment together as a family. |
| Favorite Movies | You’ve Got Mail gets me everytime, poor Chris! Into the Wild, Alpha Dog and we got to give those 300 Spartans a shout out. A sentimental favorite is Coal Miners Daughter and the music and dialogue in Oh Brother cannot be beat. The Skelton Key and vampire movies "suck" me right in and anything that makes us LAUGH. |
| Favorite Music | Old Crow Medicine Show, GREAT, Vintage and Outlaw Country, Shooter Jennings, the standards Frank and Dean with a twist Michael Buble, Chris Isaak and GEORGE, Jones and Thorogood (live that is), but the best ever is 5 bucks and a juke box. |
| Favorite Books | Lees Smith’s Oral History is my favorite book but anything she writes about SWVA is wonderful, Sharon McCrumb’s book the Hangman’s Beautiful Daughter and her regional books are also great, John Grisham novels and I also liked Stephen King’s novel Bag of Bones. Chris loves anything architectural in context or wildlife related. Dirty little secret, we are magazine whores. |
