| Introduction | Emily and her family have been visiting Pacific Beach every year since 1987. In 2006 we started to search for a more permanent get away. Two and half years later due to the persistence of Lisa Raders of Windermere we found the house in disrepair. With the help of Tom Rasmussen we spent six months renovating to our taste.
