| Introduction | I am a doctoral student at Indiana State University focusing my efforts on the always exciting White-throated Sparrow (Zonotrichia albicollis). Fall through Spring my time is spent on campus in Terre Haute and the Adirondack Park of upstate NY is my summer home and study site. When not working on my research I am an incessant birdwatcher. I began birdwatching at age 16 and have never stopped. Family vacations allowed for my interest (and life list) to grow and field jobs in Ohio, North Carolina, Florida, and Paraguay helped combine my passion and hobby into a burgeoning career. I also consider myself to be a sports fanatic, craft beer enthusiast, amateur chef, traveler, pet owner, and companion. |
