Introduction I've had an insatiable thirst for travel ever since I can remember. A few humanitarian trips abroad, a quick tour of Europe in college, and a couple random vacations got me hooked, and I had my eyes set on seeing the world one way or another. I'm a pediatric nurse, and started my career with a 3 year stint at a children's home in the Philippines. Only to come home, "settle in" and get a big case of itchy wanderlust to be back out there, somewhere new and far away. So, in April 2011 I quit my job, and took off backpacking in SE Asia for 5 or so months. Then I changed it up a bit in 2012, took on a domestic travel nursing job, and eventually headed out to walk El Camino De Santiago in Spain. And 2 years later, here I am, planning another epic adventure, completely different than my previous trips. Humanitarian -> Backpacker -> Pilgrim -> OVERLANDER! yea buddy!
