| Introduction | Walnut Springs Press, a division of Leatherwood Press, will be publishing the upcoming workbook for recovering addicts titled "Overcoming Addiction: A 12 Step Companion Guide." I am the author, Doug Dobberfuhl. I am a life coach, writer, father and husband, member of the LDS Church, faciltator of the LDS Addiction Recovery Program, and a recovering addict myself. I have experienced many different types of recovery interventions and programs, but the difference that has made the difference in my life has been learning how to apply the Atonement of Jesus Christ. I have 15 years + experience working with individuals, couples and families that struggle with addiction and past unresolved truama. |
