| Introduction | I am a wannabe artist, having had a lifelong interest in art and always been a doodler sketcher. In 2009 someone asked me to draw a caricature at work. From that I drew another and another etc until they were then printed and used in a Police Cop swap initiative. "Selby cop swaps". I then attended a five night evening class to have a go at painting enjoyed that and so found a local weekly day class that lasted for about three months. Since then I've been mostly self taught using the internet until finally joining an Art Club in 2011. I love portrait and figurative work first and foremost but will have a go at anything until I find my own style. |
