Introduction	BASA: Filipino Advocates for Literacy, Health and Livelihood Development is a non-government, non-political organization that aims to advance the society through its progressive programs and objectives. It has been founded by four students that clearly saw the crisis of the Filipino People. Over a round-table discussion, the organization was conceptualize and on March 6, 2009, it gained its credibility by acquiring a DOLE registration.
