| Introduction | By day, I run a fine wine & spirits store, with over 1,000 different wines, 300 beers, and all the spirits, mixers, and sake you could want. But, when the store closes at 9pm, I change hats and go back to work. Sampling beers, wines, restaurants, and more. I taste more wines and spirits on a weekly basis than most people taste in six-months. But, that doesn't make my opinion any more correct or valid than anyone else's. What it does mean is that I'll always give my honest opinion. Maybe you agree, maybe you don't, either way, my boss always says "opinions are like a**holes, everybody's got one." |
