| Introduction | I am a full time working mother to one boy of the house, with a husband who is affectionately known as either the food police or the athlete due to his obsession with/enjoyment of exercise.... I am trying to balance home and work life just like everyone else, with varying success. After living for many years in our girl, a traditional Queenslander in a partially renovated state, we embarked on a major renovation in 2011. I am loving living in the "new" house, but have since realised that in reality, the work never ends on these character filled houses. I am not originally from Australia, so this blog is in part to share some of my life with friends and family back "home". |
