| Introduction | I have never loved to cook...until now. I am usually stealing my kitchen tools to use in the glass studio. However, I am now cooking and having fun! I became concerned with the nutritional aspects of food and what it does to our health about five years ago when I was trying a drastic diet and having good results but knew I could be worse off if I continued. I stopped and put back on the weight I had lost. I began searching for answers and have found what I believe is the best answer which is to eat as healthy as possible. This is my quest. I found Shelf Reliance in 2010 and felt that what they had to offer was a piece of the plan I wanted for my life and the life of my family. I am still absolutely sold on this company. Not only is their food top quality and nutritious, but so is how they run their business! Being a creative person, I have to be involved in something I truly believe in or forget it. This is it! I have confidence I am offering the best. You too can join me in choosing better nutrition for your family. My true goal is to share with you what I am learning about true good nutrition and life saving facts and preparedness. |
