| Introduction | My middle name means graceful, and ironically I'm anything but. I work in a cubicle (for now), but refuse to be put in a box. I truly believe there is something beautiful about being ordinary and serving an extraordinary God. I desire good food, good friends and the courage to live a life full of passions. Being blessed with food allergies has changed my eating habits and health in a way nothing else could. I'm truly passionate about nutrition and look forward to starting a career which will allow me to educate and inspire others in their pursuit of a healthier life. |
