| Favorite movies | Movies that are thought-provoking, uplifting or just plain fun. For me these include Lord of the Rings, several Star Treks, Room with a View, and too many others to mention. My entire household is currently watching old "Avengers" episodes. We're also MASH fans. |
| Favorite music | Depends on mood: classical, world (esp. Middle Eastern and Celtic), "early" (Renaissance and before), oldies & album rock. Recently listening to a lot of flamenco guitar. |
| Favorite books | Most recently I've been re-reading old favorites such as the Sherlock Holmes stories by Arthur Conan Doyle. Love historicals with mystery, suspense and a touch of magical realism. |
