| Introduction | Hello my name is Jacq :) I have type 1 diabetes and loads of other fun health conditions. I also used to suffer from eating disorders. I now run www.dwed.org.uk which is a not for profit organisation aiming to improve outcomes for T1s who also have ED's. I went on a pump in July 2009 after 3 long years of fighting and although it has improved things beyond words I still find that my body HATES carbs regarless of my ratios and the glycemic index. So I guess this will be a place for me to vent and hopefully pick up some expertise from other T1s |
