Introduction	I have a real passion for living life. I love working out in the gym, outdoors in fact I love exercise. I am vegetarian and try and eat in a vegan style at least half the week. Its not always been like this! I was once incredibly unhealthy and overweight but I decided to make changes and boy am I glad i did. i also love sewing and designing sewing patterns.
Interests	My family, great health, sewing, pattern design, photography, walking, sailing, Corfu , music, reading, my friends, did I say sewing?!,
Favorite movies	Not mad about films at all!
Favorite music	Placebo,The Cure, The Pixies,Muse,Jordan Smith, Dir en Grey,
Favorite books	far too many to mention but one thing is sure I love books
