| Introduction | I am a single mom to a biological young adult daughter and an adopted teenager. In 10/2012 I was put on retirement disability due to severe and recurrent major depressive disorder. I started this blog as a joke. And then it became a way to let family be more informed about a failed adoption. Eventually, it became my way to journal about my journey through the mental health system. I write it for myself as a way to document and a way to let others in if they choose. |
