| Introduction | I have always been overweight for as long as I remember, but never as heavy as I have been the last 5 years.I said when I was 18 and weighed 180lbs and I was fit that I was huge and to some I was but NOW that I weigh 300 lbs what I wouldn't give to be that size again!! So once again I am starting my journey to lose weight. This time I have a different perspective. I was put on blood pressure medication in May of last year and that has really scared me. I want to be around to see my son grow and hopefully have a husband someday and maybe adopt kids but I realize the weight I am carrying around is hindering so much. |
