| Introduction | "Southern Flavor Zone" is a collection of recipes from various sources with an emphasis on Southern cooking. It will also give you many international favorites. My husband Ray and I have owned and operated NuAwlins Catering in San Antonio, TX. We lived in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for 11 years, where we owned and operated The Yacht Works, a custom marine canvas shop. We were both born and reared in southern Louisiana, mainly in New Orleans. We love the Crescent city, it's food, it's culture, and it's people. We are now retired and live and travel in our motorhome. Come along and join us on our wanderings sampling this great country one meal at a time! |
