| Introduction | I am a 32 year old married mother of 2, and RMN who has a diagnosis of bipolar disorder. This diagnosis was made fairly recently following becoming mad as a box of frogs with post partum psychosis following the birth of my first daughter in 2003. I had a second serious depressive episode last year, and what I used to see as me being my true self and utter best, the respite from the depression, has now been deemed to be hypomania/mania. Bugger. So, basically this blog is about trying to get my head around it all without going bonkers. |
