| Introduction | Hi there, Myself Shinda, hails from southern part of India and to be concise, from God's Own Country, Kerala! Now living in Kristiansand, southernmost part of Norway. I started exploring new recipes around the world after I found that my husband is a foodie who loves to try different foods. He loves to experiment a lot in kitchen which was my greatest inspiration in the realm of gastronomy! He is my biggest critique. I love photography , initially he cooks and I click. I didn't try to save recipes which I tried once but later when my relatives and friends asked for recipes I thought I should dust off my old blog. All the recipes in here are collected from my mom, relatives, friends, cookery show, other blogs etc and are tuned sometimes.
