| Introduction | I am a 26 year old that played softball at Bradley University and at Saint Mary's in California. I have a high expectation of what my body should look like and since I am not working out with a team anymore it's harder to stay in shape. Pair this with a slight laziness for the gym and with owning a business and you can see why I am doing this blog. |
