| Interests | I studied Computer Science at Imperial College London. Worked as a Researcher for several years in Logic Programming, user-interface design and online catalogue systems research for the British Library. Then moving into the commercial sector working as a Management Consultant, Information Technologist, Business Analyst and Project Manager. My work related background is mostly within the IT and Financial Business sectors both academic and commercial and have more than 30 years experience in IT sectors to date, including computer network infrastructure and software development projects, specialising in "new" technology research, project management and change management. Since 2000 been working on New Technologies in “Data Farm” CO2 reduction concepts and making a return to Management Consultancy. Looking at ways to improve business through change management, using the latest IT ideas and in some cases defocusing away from standard IT thinking! Yes and I love skiing, what a pity we have to wait every 18 years to get the "right" stuff! |
