Introduction Hi, I'm Skinny Laura. I'm here to take you along on my journey to a healthier-and sexier- me! I've found that there are 3 basic ways to lose weight: cocaine, bulemia, or diet and exercise. If you are like me, you've come pretty close to trying the first two in the hopes that a quick fix is the answer. After failed attempts and crash diets and a day or two of exercising, I saw my wedding pictures and nearly freaked. Was I really THAT big? How did I fit into that dress? Most women lose weight before the wedding, but I am here to show you that it can even be done after. Join me in my search to find the me I used to be!
