Introduction	What the heck does happiness mean anyway? I guess I never thought about it that much until I went through a life-altering event when my Parents were killed. Prior to their loss, I just lived. Now I think and have, at times, unrealistic expectations and constant disapointment. My faith has been questioned, my anxiety is high but I still have so much to be thankful for. But when I look back on the last five years....happiness within has been missing. Yes, I have my health, beautiful family, great career, and so much more.....but something has still been missing. And it's happiness inside in my heart - being content with what is. I am on a mission to figure this out...
