Introduction	I am self-employed. I am very fortunate that I was able to quite my job as Health Facility Administrator of 20 years for a less stressful and flexible career. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also am very involved with my church and the community. I run 5 miles a day and am obsessed with eating right.
