| Introduction | This blog is here to keep our family and friends, who live so far away, updated on our exciting journey of life, but I invite all other interested readers as well. Even though this blog is about us as a family I am the crazy one typing away. I am a college student and mother, a wife and soul mate to my wonderful husband of 4 years. We have been together for more than 6 years and have welcomed our first daughter Sophia in September 2008. We try to live as sustainable as possible with minor flaws, of course. We use cloth diapers, breastfeed, have HE appliances, drive a gas efficient car, buy organic food, grow vegetables and raise chickens. No, we are not hippies, but we appreciate our life on earth. Meanwhile my husband and I attend college and renovate our home. There are always new challenges along our journey, but when it's all said and done, we've mastered every single one of them. |
