She is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. She graduated with an associates degree in baking and pastry arts and a bachelors degree in hospitality management. She had the opportunity to do an internship at Walt Disney's Contemporary Resort in Orlando, FL. She has worked at 2 different bakeries and worked at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC. She had the incredible opportunity to get a phenomenal education at one of the best culinary schools in the US and now wants to share her love and passion for sweets with you!
