Introduction	Mommy to a beautiful half-Chinese karate kid, her dogs, and two cats. I'm a business school grad, and IT major. I ended up working in banking; learning to close loans, and then later, to take the houses back. Not fun, and doesn't make you popular. I now sell insurance, but also do bank database programming support ;) It's time for me to get back to my roots: as a second-generation Chinese-Canadian; raised in the heart of Southern Ontario, where pick-your-own farm fresh produce was right in our backyards; and having been blessed with the multicultural rainbow of food choices that is Canada. Food has always played an important role in my life. Making food choices for our family has really opened up my eyes to the world of chemicals and additives. That quickly snowballed from making more natural, organic food choices, to considering the impact of everything we bring into the house. I read labels more than ever now, and want to make the best choices possible, for the health of our family, and the environment.
