Introduction	Hi all, I'm Janet a keen foodie and a lover of Whisky.I'm a student at Abertay University studying food and Consumer Science which I really do love, although if you ask me if I like it towards the end of a semester when the course work is due in I can garantee I will say the same thing! I love to cook and cook with whisky as it has such amazing flavours. I also like to put my own twist on traditional dishes! hopefully you will have as much fun reading this as I have had creating the dishes and writing about them :D
