Introduction	Nadir Siguencia is a "Human-Rights Activist”, who has been brutalized by the Canadian-System, has suffered Mental and Physical Torture for more than twenty three (23) years, particularly in hands of the Metro Toronto Police, Judges, Children ‘Aids Societies, Worker`s compensation Board of Ontario, Correctional-system; to which he was once unjustly incarcerated into for more than nine (9) months and wherein he was psychologically and psychically tortured by using the intimidation, degradation, humiliation, isolation, exposed to cold, freezing for months, staying in loud noises and bright lights for 22 hours a day, sleep deprivation, infected with a disease, poisoning of food, denied to take a shower and to use restroom and several times beaten unconsciously and almost killed by its Jail-Guards. The whole evidence is located in the "The Ministry of Correctional Services" which is preventing from disclosing the complete files, even when an order was made by the Adjudicator, Mr.[John] Swaigen, a representative of the" Information and Privacy Commissioner/ Ontario".
