Introduction	Hello, I am a student at an English university. I love food, cooking and eating. I also love blogs which is why I decided to write my own. I have been cooking for and with my family for as long as I can remember. I have cooked dinner for them on a day to day basis for more than 5 years. My parents are wonderful people who let their 10-year-old into the kitchen to make the mistakes you have to make when you learn to cook. They let me mess up, experiment and spend a fortune. They looked after my burns and cuts. Then they stood back and let me take over the kitchen. Now I’m leaving them high and dry and going away. This qualifies me (I think) to have informed opinions on food. It also means that until this year I had zero experience of cooking for less than five people and a surprising amount of experience of cooking for more that twenty. The thought of cooking alone, for one and to a budget is scary.
